Return Policy

BrainCrate Products are 100% Guaranteed or you may return your item for a refund.  We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your products and continue to shop with us. We appreciate your business.

Refunds
You have 30 days to return refundable items. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise approved by management and a provided prepaid return label has been issued. Damage caused by inappropriate packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to invoice you for any item not returned which we have provided a prepaid return label for.

Please allow 24 hours once the item is received to be inspected and if it is in new condition, received in its original packaging, you will be issued a refund less any applicable fees or handling charges. Please allow one week for the processing of returns.

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item and applicable taxes, less the prepaid return fee (if applicable). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Non Refundable items
The following is considered merchandise we are unable to accept returns on. Final sale items, any item that is marked as nonreturnable, any custom-made product or items, any item that is not in resell condition. These items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

International Shipments
International shipments are not eligible for prepaid returns. Customers outside the US are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees on items approved for return.

Manufacturer Defect
In the event of a manufacturer defect, we ask you to call our office with a detailed explanation of the problem or issue. A member of our customer relations staff will instruct you on how to go about getting your item replaced, or getting the correct parts expedited from the manufacturer.
