Shipping times on different products and manufacturers vary. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 working days. Orders that are on back order will vary depending upon the date they are available to ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday and/or local holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BrainCrate Products only as an estimate. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time.
Isolated Service Areas
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural service areas. Please contact us to check if your address is in a remote rural area.
Small Package Deliveries
Small packages are shipped via USPS, UPS Standard Ground Service or Fed Ex. Next day, 2nd day delivery can be provided upon request at additional fees. The customer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US and PO Boxes
Orders shipped outside of the Continental US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately. When items are shipped by UPS or FedEx, we must contact them within 48 hours to ensure a quick, free of charge resolution. Upon inspecting the merchandise, please contact our customer service team by calling 615 506-6754 or through email noting what was damaged, so that we can assist you immediately and expedite a new item right away. email@example.com
Some of our products cannot ship via UPS ground or FedEx and must ship via motor freight. These items will have an additional shipping, handling and /or crating charge added. Charges will be calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Motor freight charges shall include “curbside delivery” to the shipping address only and shall not include optional services such as transferring the item inside the residence. Any additional services required (inside or white glove delivery) may be provided at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of order.
For larger items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site, and mark any noticeable defects on the bill of lading. Once you do so, please call our number right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement immediately.
